      How To Set-Up the Ring Central Extension

      Discover how to download and install the RingCentral extension for HubSpot.

      1. Download the Ring Central extension from this link. You will need to connect to the [client name] Hubspot Portal. the extension should prompt you to do this when you log in.
        1. You must download the extension from Chrome.
        2. You need to log into Ring Central and HubSpot to authenticate the app.
      2. After downloading the extension, a pop-up will appear prompting you to sign in to RingCentral. Please enter your credentials to proceed. 
        1. You can find this screen pop-up/notification again on the right-hand side of your HubSpot portal.
      3. Navigate to the gear on the top right and slide on auto-logging for texts and calls.
                                 
      4. You will now be able to make calls and texts from Ring Central that will log to the corresponding Contacts record in HubSpot.
      5. To view a logged call or text, go to the activities section of a record.
